RUE

Hi, I'm Rue! I'm a chiweenie puppy that makes a long, winding journey from an unloving family in the South to an amazing Furever home in NYC! I have a lot to learn along the way, and lots of friends to make. Keep scrolling down to meet my new friends!

FAIRY DOGMOTHER

This is my Fairy Dogmother. She's got a unique sense of style, and a bold personality! I'd say she's a little weird, she'd say she's a little kooky, but all in all, she's driven by a desire to help her godchildren-- myself included!-- to find where they're meant to be through granting wishes on first birthdays.

SQUISH

Here's Squish, my best friend. When my first owners kicked me out, Squish saved me from some mean kids on the street and taught me that sometimes you just need to rely on yourself to be happy! Squish was abandoned by her family too. We enjoyed a delicious meatball sub at sunset and though she may not want to admit it, we're bonded-- best friends forever.

ARTEMIS & APOLLO

These two dashing fellas are Artemis and Apollo, bonded siblings. Their Pa brought them to the pound because their family had to move and couldn't have dogs in their new home. Pa knew taking them to the pound was the right thing to do, rather than abandon them on the street. They are yin and yang -- Artemis is always optimistic but the pound-life has brought out a darker side of Apollo... but Artemis says perspective is everything and you gotta stay positive-- adoption is just around the corner!

Mishka

Mishka was my step-brother in my first home. Our old owners liked him more than me... or so I thought until they kicked him out too! I have to admit, Mishka's not so bad after all-- he even apologized for how he treated me in our old home.
